Returns and Exchange Policy

We do not have a return or exchange policy unless any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation. 

It MUST be notified by email (our email : hi@therumri.com) with package opening video, images and specific details within 2-3 business days of the product being delivered.

If the returned item was shipped out on a free shipping promotion, we will credit your account with the purchase price less the actual cost of shipping.

The costs of shipping the order back to us will be borne by you. We recommend using a secure and trackable courier service (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.) as we cannot be held responsible for packages that do not reach us. If you originally paid any customs or duties, please note that these will not be refunded by us. 

Any Sale items are NOT eligible for return/exchange.

The refund for the returned order will be processed in 15 days after the return is initiated.

Before returning your item

• Please first send a brief email and include your name, the item, and invoice number. We will not be able to accept any unauthorized returns.
• Please ensure that items returned are unworn and undamaged, in their original packaging. 
• Please include a note with your name and invoice number, and once we receive your return,we will issue the refund to the purchase price to your original method of payment. Purchase price does not include the shipping charges paid.
