Shipping & delivery

Order Fulfillment 

Your orders are shipped from Michigan, USA. We ship the in-stock orders within 3- 5 business days (Mon-Sat) after purchase. If you have ordered products that are not in stock, on pre-order or delayed; we will notify you of the order fulfillment and other details via email. 

The product will be delivered between 4-6 days from the date of placing the order.

If you'd like us to pack your order on priority, please reach out to us separately via email (hello@therumri.com) with your order number.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. If you have not received this email, please feel free to contact us on hi@therumri.com. 

We are not responsible for the packages once they have been consigned to a carrier for delivery to your shipping address. However, we would be happy to contact the carrier to inquire about your package.

 

International Shipping

As with domestic orders, every international order is shipped out in 3-5 business days after it is placed. From there, its ETA varies based on your location. Mostly the orders are delivered within 10 business days of dispatch.

Some countries like Canada, UK and Australia levy taxes, customs fees, and/or other duties when goods are imported in. These charges are typically determined at the point of entry of the package and must be paid before you can receive it. In these cases, all applicable clearances fees and delays are the responsibility of the customer.
